As of the 2010 census, the town population was 506. As of 2018, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau is 541. Reddick is located at 29°2215N 82°1154W (29.370828, 82.198368). The town has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.1 km²), all land. A post office has been in operation at Reddick since 1882. The film Jeepers Creepers was shot in Reddick during summer 2000. In 1998, a group of nuns formed the Annunciation of the Theotokos Monastery with the approval of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. The old Reddick High School was used as the police station in the film. The town is part of the Ocala Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is located in Marion County, Florida, near the state line with Florida. It has a population of 541, according to the 2010 Census Bureau. The median household income was $33,875 and the median family income was $36,944. About 10.6% of families and 18.3% of the population were below the poverty line, including 16.7% of those under age 18 and 16. 7% of people aged 65 or over. The town's population was 1,071 as of the 2010 census. It has a population of 1,081. Redding is located in the eastern part of the state, near the town of Redding. It is the only town in the state to have a post office, which was established in 1881. It was named after Redding, an early settler of the area. Redden is located on the Redding River, which runs through the center of the town, and is a tributary of the Little Red River. The Redden River flows through the town and flows into the Mississippi River. It also runs through Redden, which is located just south of the city of Reddick, and the town's name is derived from the Reddon River, a river that runs through it. It's also known as "Redding" or "Reddick" because of its red sandstone bedrock. The community's name means "red" and "red", which is the name of the Reddicks' first settler, John Redding in the 17th century. The name "Reddick" means "Redden" in English, and "Redick" is a variant name for "redding" (meaning "red").

Of the 203 households 33.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.8% were married couples living together, 16.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.6% were non-families. The town is located on the U.S.-Mexico border and is located near the border of the state of New Mexico. It is the only town in the state to have a post-secondary degree from the University of New Hampshire. History
A post office has been in operation at Reddick since 1882. John Reddick, the first postmaster, gave the community his last name. The film Jeepers Creepers was shot in Reddick during summer 2000. The old Reddick High School was used as the police station in the film. In 1998, a group of nuns formed the Annunciation of the Theotokos Monastery with the approval of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. The Annunciation is a nunnery in the town of Reddick that is run by the Greek-American Sisters of theosis. It is located on the banks of the Red River, near the town's historic center. The town is home to a number of historic buildings, including the former post office and the former high school. The community is also the site of the famous Reddick House, which was built in 1882 and is still in use today as a home for the community's senior citizens.
